The petrochemical industry is the ideal sample cooling and insulation equipment in the low-temperature impact test of metal materials. The increase in the application of equipment drives the development of anti-corrosion coatings
nowadays, with the development of China's economy, anti-corrosion coatings have become one of the fastest-growing fields in China's coating industry. At present, the market scale of anticorrosive coatings in China is second only to architectural coatings, and its output is expected to reach one million tons by the end of the 12th Five Year Plan
in the past decade, China's petroleum industry has developed at a rate of more than 10% every year, and 200000 tons of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings have been applied in the petrochemical industry. With the increasing demand for oil, the output growth is lower than the consumption growth, and the average growth rate of oil consumption has reached 4.99%, which will drive the development of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings. In addition, the offshore oil platform has a bad environment, serious corrosion, complex supporting facilities, high film thickness requirements, and the service life of the overall coating of the platform is more than 15 years. Therefore, the heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating used on the offshore platform is not only technologically advanced, but also widely used
in addition to the above-mentioned industries, which have played a significant role in the development of electronic universal tensile test of anti-corrosion coatings, including measurement system, drive system, control system and computer software system, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings applied in railway, electric power, water conservancy, bridge, wharf and other projects have also promoted their considerable development. With the number of sea crossing, river crossing and river crossing bridges built in China, today we know that with the continuous increase of accounting options, the demand for anticorrosive coatings for bridges is increasing year by year, and the quality demand is also gradually improving. According to Zhang Shi, at the two sessions held in Beijing in March 2010, 10% of the proposals related to "low carbon" submitted by deputies to the National People's Congress and members of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference accounted for 28% of the total; The electric power tools industry has the first right market share, which can be seen from its high degree of attention. Therefore, anti-corrosion coatings should also move towards energy conservation, low pollution and high performance. We can start from the following three aspects:
(1) focus on the development of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings with high solid content. The volume solid content of high-solid coatings is greater than 70%. It is recommended to use low volume agent, solvent-free heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings to make the organic volatile content in the coatings voc340g/l, so as to ensure the air quality of the construction environment and reduce the emission of harmful pollutants to the atmosphere
(2) restrictions on toxic and harmful components in heavy anti-corrosion coatings. Heavy anti-corrosion coatings should avoid the use of organic volatile substances harmful to human body, such as aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents, heavy metal additives Pb, Hg, CD, Cr and organotin oligomer resins that irritate human skin. Countries around the world and relevant international organizations have made restrictions on some heavy anti-corrosion coatings, such as the elimination of epoxy coal tar pitch coatings; Since January, 2003, the use of self polishing coatings containing organic tin has been prohibited in new shipbuilding; Since 2006, the use of chlorinated rubber coatings containing carbon tetrachloride has been stopped
(3) develop water-based coatings. In recent years, the application of water-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings in many large-scale steel structure projects in China has achieved success, but in the whole market of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, water-based coatings only account for about 6%, and primer is the main. As the development direction of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, the research of water-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings must be strengthened to make a breakthrough in anti-corrosion performance, surface treatment grade requirements and construction performance, and gradually meet the increasing needs of the market for water-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings
